Not like it is important at all, just a tinny little detail:
Could you move the closing of the link ("</a>") for reordering
by last post to right after the up/down icon so that the gif is also clickable?
I am guessing you have something like
<a href=\"$config{'cgiurl'}/postlist.pl?Cat...">$lang{'LAST_POST'}</a><img src=theicon.gif>
I´d say say just move it so that it shows like:
<img src=theicon.gif></a>
instead of
</a><img src=theicon.gif>
